With many years of experience in Clean Room Design our CAD engineers are capable of designing layout design as per GMP and cGMP requirements for various Product and Process requirements like Cephalosporine / Penicillin Injectables, Solid / Liquid Dosage etc.

Layout Design
Rooms Layouts are designed as per process requirements with defined flow (as per GMP) for RM, FG and Personnel. Clients existing Civil structures are taken into consideration and layouts are produced to best suit the clients project planning.

HVAC System Design from UTOPIA, Singapore
Various Room Parameters like Class, Temp., RH etc. are specified according to the process and a HVAC Design is prepared with complete specifications for AHU, Dehumidifiers, Hepa Filters, LAFs etc.

Plant & Utilities Design
Generation and Distribution system for various utilities like Water, Gas, Power etc. are designed according to process and layout requirements.
